- Check-in Guide
Renters will get a link to their check-in guide a the time of the rental. The guide will give them easy step by step instructions on how to find the car. Each guide is tailored to your specific pickup location.
- Check-in Report
Without leaving the guide, the renter will enter mileage and fuel. They will also be required to take photos of all four sides of the car before they are given access to the key. All information is added to your database and you'll receive a simplified report to your phone.
- Cleanliness Rating
You'll receive a rating from the renter for both the inside and outside. Use this as your guide to know when the car needs a deep clean.
- Check-out Guide
Renters will receive a new guide to help them with checking out the car. This guide will ensure the renter returns the car to the right location. The location or parking spot ID will be captured by the app.
- Check-out Report
You'll receive a simplified report once the renter has completed the check-out. You'll be notified if they went over on miles or did not refuel the vehicle. Soon, we will have AI analyze the photos and report any new damage.
- Location Update
Once the check-out is complete, the new location of the car will be updated in the check-in guide for the next renter.
- Review Tracker and Requester
You'll be able to easily see who left a review. If they have not left a review by day 4, they will receive a personalized text message asking for a review.
